bringing your ideas to life
At Elite Apparel, every piece we create starts with your vision. Whether it’s custom apparel for a special event, branded gear for your business, or a one-of-a-kind gift, we blend creativity, craftsmanship, and care to make it truly unforgettable. Your ideas inspire us—and we’re here to turn them into lasting keepsakes you’ll cherish for years to come.

DTF Process
Direct-to-film (DTF) printing is a heat-transfer process that starts by printing designs onto transfer film. This film is coated with a thermo-adhesive powder and then heat-pressed onto the fabric. DTF allows unlimited colors at no extra cost, ensuring vibrant designs and excellent wash resistance. It works perfectly on any fabric, making it ideal for bags, shirts, pants, and hats.
Sublimation Process
Sublimation is perfect for polyester garments, offering vibrant designs with no hand feel. The dye becomes part of the fabric, so it won't peel or crack, making it ideal for sportswear and uniforms.
Note: sublimation does not print white ink. The vibrancy depends on the polyester content (100% polyester = full color; 65% polyester = a vintage look). This technique is also great for hardgoods like mugs, keychains, and tumblers with a polyester coating.

Having quality accurate artwork will give your next project the best results.
The easiest way for us to receive designs is to send them as a PNG- trimmed to the art and sized at the size you
need printed. Larger is better, we can reduce without losing resolution, but we cannot enlarge.
